Agreement to terms

By accessing or using BoxKitz (boxkitz.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BoxKitz is operated by Sage Cat Holdings Ltd., an Alberta corporation. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of service

BoxKitz is a vehicle maintenance platform that helps users track maintenance schedules, compare parts prices across multiple suppliers, and build maintenance kits. BoxKitz earns revenue through affiliate commissions when users purchase products through links on our platform. We do not sell parts directly.

Accuracy of information

BoxKitz provides maintenance schedules, part recommendations, and pricing information for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Always consult your vehicle's owner's manual and a qualified mechanic before performing maintenance. BoxKitz is not liable for any damage resulting from reliance on information provided by the platform.

Affiliate relationships

BoxKitz participates in affiliate advertising programs. When you click a link to a third-party retailer and make a purchase, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Prohibited uses

You may not use BoxKitz to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage Cat Holdings Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BoxKitz. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of BoxKitz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
